Dental implantation is currently one of the most promising areas in the rehabilitation of dental patients. Despite the success achieved, dental implantation, like other surgical methods of treatment, is accompanied by various kinds of complications. The most common complications are of an inflammatory nature. However, there are many problems in dental implantology. This article presents a review of the scientific literature on risk factors for early and late complications of dental implantation. It is considered that a well-established and integrated dental implant should function for at least 10 years, satisfy the patient in aesthetic and functional terms, have clinical stability, and be biocompatible with respect to the surrounding tissues.
The feasibility and effectiveness of complex treatment in patients with secondary adentia and past Covid-19 was assessed. The planning of dental implantation in patients who have undergone Cavid-19 should be carried out with the most complete use of diagnostic procedures, including clinical, laboratory and functional examination of the patient. A systematic analysis of the studies conducted at all stages of dental treatment allows us to conclude that there are relative contraindications to dental implantation in patients with underlying pathology and who have undergone Cavid-19.

The popularity of orthopedic treatment using the method of dental implantation causes the interest of researchers to study the integration of implants in bone tissue. Analysis of the literature shows that the improvement of research technology and interdisciplinary approach to the study of the phenomenon of osteointegration of dental implants has led to a change in traditional concept in recent years. This article summarizes information about the physiological processes and cellular interactions occurring on the border "implant-bone tissue" in various stages of integration. The results of studies indicate the need for revision notions of bio inertness of titanium implants and consideration of the integration process in the immunological aspect.
Dental implantation is the most relevant, promising and demanded direction in modern dentistry and prosthetics. According to statistical studies, the prevalence of dentition defects reaches 80% among the working-age population of Uzbekistan. These indicators indicate a high need of the population for orthopedic and surgical care. That is why dental implantation is so relevant today. Despite the many advantages, the rapid development and improvement of technologies, modern implantation has a significant drawback - complications in the postoperative period. As a result, the issue of developing preventive measures to reduce the risk of complications in the postoperative period during dental implantation is of great importance.

Dental implantation is one of the most progressive directions in modern dentistry. Thanks to the development of new implant systems and methods of reconstructive operations for atrophy of the alveolar bone tissue of the jaws, it became possible to use the method of dental implantation to replace dental defects of any localization with orthopedic structures. Prosthetics on implants helps to achieve the main goal - complete restoration of masticatory function in patients with partial or complete absence of teeth, improving the quality of life of the patient both in physiological and socio-psychological aspects.
At the present stage of development of dentistry, dental implantation occupies a leading position in the system of complex rehabilitation of patients with defects in the dentition. However, there are many problems in dental implantology. This article presents a review of the scientific literature on risk factors for the development of early and late complications in dental implantation. Absolute and relative contraindications, as well as early complications arising from the placement of a dental implant, are considered. Among the late complications, the main ones were identified - mucositis and peri-implantitis. The risk factors for their development are described in detail: the patient's smoking; iatrogenic causes; osteoporosis; the presence of a microgap between the dental implant and the suprastructure; non-compliance with oral hygiene; a history of periodontitis; absence of keratinized gums, etc. The importance of the participation of each factor in the development of the pathological process, which reduces the duration of the implant functioning, is shown.
Against the background of the introduction of dental implantation into a dental practice, the expansion of the testimony to implantation and, despite the avalancheshaped increase in the number of implants installed by dentists, does not decrease, and according to a number of authors, the number of complications increases.
Dental membrane-a special film that is used in dental practice as a barrier and fixing material in procedures for dental implants. The use of the membrane can successfully fight bone atrophy, preventing its loss, which in turn creates favorable conditions for dental implants.
People lose their teeth throughout their lives for various reasons: due to age, diseases (severe forms of periodontitis), and maxillofacial injuries. This condition is called adentia. Restoration of the dentition with complete or partial adentia occurs with the help of removable and non-removable dentures. Removable dentures present discomfort to many, causing the gag reflex and inconvenience. To solve this problem, implantation is used. All-on-4 technology refers to a one-stage technique with immediate loading, since a fixed prosthesis is installed immediately after implantation, until the artificial root is completely fused with the jawbone. Dental implantation and prosthetics on four implants quickly and effectively restores the aesthetics and functions of the dentoalveolar apparatus. If in classical prosthetics the patient will have to wait more than six months for all the implants to heal, then the “all on four” procedure allows the teeth to be installed on the day of treatment. In each jaw, two implants are located in the front part vertically and parallel to each other, and two implants - at an angle of up to 45 degrees in the distal region, where the molars are located.
